As KidMin leaders our goal is to partner with parents as we continue to build on the foundations laid in the early childhood ministries at FBC Helotes. We desire for kids to grow in biblical knowledge and become more familiar with the stories and truths in the Bible.

We help kids know God and His Word (the mind), love God completely (the heart), and serve God in their daily lives (the hands).

NEW TO FBC HELOTES?

We are so glad you decided to attend! The KidMin Check-In station is located in the children’s building next to the main church building. Here your child will receive a name tag and appropriate room assignment. Kid Check In begins @ 9:30am. If you have any questions when you arrive, you can find a friendly face at the KidMin Check-In desk.

SUNDAY MORNINGS

1st Hour

(9:45-10:45 AM)

Kids can connect with other caring adult leaders and classmates through in depth Bible study, fun Bible games and activities and memory practice. They meet in the red Adventure Room.

2nd hour

(10:45am-12:00 pm)

Following 1st HOUR bible study, kids can head over to our NEW Rec Room where they can enjoy games and connect with friends and adult leaders. At 11:05am, they will head next door and have a large group interactive Bible lesson with fun activities, skits, games and more! Kids Church is located in the NEW Kid’s Worship center room next door to the Rec Room.

WEDNESDAY NIGHTS

Come for a free dinner @ 6:30 PM with the family and then @ 7:00 PM 1st-5th grade kids can enjoy “Popcorn & a Bible movie” with fun, bible games and outdoor fun!

Safety is a primary concern for our nursery, prek/kinder and kids programs. All our volunteers are screened and have completed a background check. We use a computer generated check-in system that prints a nametag number for you and your child. To ensure safety at dismissal, children are only released to the adult who shows the receipt with the numbers that match the numbers on the child’s name tag.
